This is a miniature paddle boat pencil sharpener. It is a die cast pencil sharpener that does not appear to have been used. It is in its original box, which is in great condition. It says SIGHT SEEING on the side of the boat. This pencil sharpener box reads “antique finished, die-cast miniature No. 1916” on it.
