You are buying the old school clear plastic phone from the 80s or 90s that you see in the pictures. It is made by Radio Shack. Included is the original AC adapter. The AC adapter is needed for the neon tube light to light up. 

The phone will flash when the phone rings, and the AC adapter is included. No other wiring necessary to make the light turn on. 

Lamp can be left on for accent lighting or turned to off and it will only flash when you get a call (otherwise, it's "off").

Switchable tone/pulse dialing. 

Ringer on off control.

Set on desk or you can mount on the wall.

Touch redial.

FCC registered.

It is in great cosmetic condition with no physical damage. The white part of the cord is discolored from age. Unfortunately, I don't have a landline and I don't know if it actually works. Sold as a "prop" only.
