New without tags. From India. Called Oxidized Silver. I have no idea what the silver content is but it appears to be silver. Described as a Mangalsutra wedding jewelry piece. The bead chain can be removed (2 lobster claws) from the silver section which can then be worn as a brooch. It is stunning.
