All items we post on ebay as "USED" are presumed "Tested Working" based on what the person who donates to us tells us. We have not tested the item ourselves. We have no prior history on these items. You only get what you see in the pictures. If there is an issue we will be happy to resolve it via a partial credit or a FULL REFUND. 

We are a E-Waste Recycling Center in Union City CA. All items we are selling are donated to us to raise funds for our center. We sell most items for "PARTS". We only sell items as "TESTED WORKING" when the person who donates it to us tells us that the item is perfectly working. If you ever get a "Tested Working" item that has a problem - you will get full 100% money back.

Also things like chargers, covers, power cords, batteries etc. - UNLESS you see it in the pictures, assume it is not there. YOU ONLY GET WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES.

This item was dropped off at our recycling center. I took the effort to remove the Sim card to get the IMEI number. I have published all the information in the pictures. They are selling it as is untested parts only we have no history on this phone as I said, we are recycling center. It was dropped off to our location.
