The top uses two double AA batteries to light up and make sounds. (Batteries not included).
The water flow is pumped by a small pump.
The first picture shows it lit up.

Condition:
The top lights up an makes sounds.
The pump turns on and makes a pumping noise but the water doesn't flow, so I don't know it the pump is torn up and needs a new one or if its needs primed. I do not know how to prime it.
