KHS has made brass instruments in Taiwan for decades.  They first started with variable-quality "Swallow" brand trumpets and cornets in 1957, stenciling for all sorts of brands, introducing Jupiter in 1979, and adding mainstream brass instruments over the decades.  The Jupiter line was complete in the mid-1980s, and it has become prominent worldwide.
The earliest KHS instruments we've identified were uncanny copies of Conn designs, though not necessarily made with the same skill the Conn originals had.  European designs, such as those of Keilwerth and Wohlrab, became the basis for higher-end models, as well as some Benge-styled horns.  Yamaha even inspired some designs - in 1969, "Taiwan Yamaha Musical Instruments was co-founded by KHS and Yamaha for piano production...KHS Trading Co., Ltd. is the agency importing musical instruments [from] YAMAHA" - and they established a few other joint ventures.

Once settling on Jupiter brasswind designs, KHS supplied mouthpieces in the Vincent Bach style by the 1980s, and the 12FL is close to the Bach size [or at least scans of specimens].  The Jupiter 12FL rim is rather flat with a rounded inner bite, with a very slight undercut for a drop-V funnel cup.  The depth is roughly medium for flugel pieces.
The cup shape coincidentally resembles some newer Bach, Curry, Pickett, Reeves, Stork, and Yamaha designs to varying degrees, though manufacturing variance and differing shank sizes mean your mileage will vary.  It's still a Jupiter mouthpiece, though this model has long been discontinued.

This flugelhorn mouthpiece has a Large Morse taper shank, longer than some other models, and the shank starts small enough that it can be used in Small Morse receivers.  While it fits tolerably well and plays okay with the Conn 24A Swiss Willson stencil, it fits better with Large Morse receivers.
The resulting sound and feel is good, not especially dark, though it might be a smaller inner diameter than one might expect for a flugel piece.  If you like smaller pieces like the Schilke or Yamaha 6A4a, then the Jupiter 12FL might be a great compliment for flugelhorn!
This one also has many nicks and dings, with a few light scratches.  The shank opening is mostly round, and the silver plating is still in great shape - it's ready to play!
