This kit contains a pack of googly eyes, pipe cleaners and pre cut foam shapes for making hanging frog decorations for parties or craft fun project for a group of children.

There are no instructions (it did not come with instructions, they are not missing), it is easy to work out where things go or you can make it up as it is for imaginary fun.
