Celluloid button attached to a purple ribbon & cartridge brass top bar. 43rd Nat'l Encampment was held in Cincinnati in 1942. Pictured in the center is Tyler Davidson Fountain. It is located in the heart of the city & could possibly be where the event took place? I see there are different mentions of markets, food trucks & such there. Good condition for it's age.
