Her head moves fine. She has nice full hair with no missing plugs but when messed with to much strands will start to come out. 

I have not tried to clean up her face at all. Please see all the pictures for the best description of the face. 

There are some scuff marks and scratches. She has a large scratch on her right cheekbone. 

Also on her right side, she has some spots that look like excess from when she was made. 

Where her neck and chin meet there are also some deep scratches. She measure 5 inches tall.
