Please review all pictures before purchase. Game case does have some scratches. Game case does have a stain/burn mark at the top right corner and top edge on the back side of the box has a rip/tear as pictured. Owner manual is bent/damaged as pictured so is the precaution booklet. Game disc does have some scratches but work well. Any questions feel free to ask
