This is a wonderful example of contemporary Native American jewelry making showcasing intricate intarsia inlay and modern designs departing from traditional cultural symbols.   This pendant features turquoise, coral, jet and gold lip mother of pearl.  The pendant is hallmarked "JRR" "Sterling" and Zuni NM.  The stones are intarsia set into a foundation of heavy gauge sterling silver.  Intarsia inlay is stones set stone to stone.  It is very smooth to the touch, no highs or lows.  I have included an 18" sterling oval link chain necklace so you can wear this pendant immediately.  This pendant has been hand polished many many times with a soft polishing cloth to a bright shiny appearance.  That is the beauty of sterling silver, it can become dark and be brought back to a beautiful shine.
