Returns accepted as specified in the Returns Policy 

Any item notified as delivered by Australia Post or Australia Post's 

associated delivery service in other countries to the buyer is regarded as delivered

and no claims for a refund or non delivery can be made

Items not delivered or collected at the Australia Post Licensed Post Office

 or designated Depot within 14 days generally get returned to the seller

If this happens, no refunds or claims be made to the seller as it is not the sellers fault

This is the buyer's responsiblity

Items can be sent with or without tracking for the most economical delivery

depending on the delivery service option you choose at checkout

Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost 

These charges are totally the buyer's responsibility

Please check with your country's customs office to determine

what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying

 to avoid unforeseen costs and a bad eBay purchase experience

Buyers note - if import duties are due and not paid within 14 Days of arrival in most countries  

the delivery is returned to the seller - No claim or refund to the seller can be made if this happens

It is totally the Buyer's responsibility to pay for and manage importation and pay all import duties
