You're buying the lid you see. I tried to shine the topside as good as I could get it, but the bottom (underside) has some "patina" that will NOT come off until you polish it. 

I tried to remove the knob to give it a proper refinish, but it was STUCK on and I didn't want to force it. I don't want it snapping off. I buffed the knob as good as I could get it and I also gave it a REALLY healthy soak with mineral oil.
