Vintage Solid Oak Carver with 100% Wool Tartan Seat
Superbly heavy vintage oak carver which has been repainted in dark blue eggshell.
Seat: The seat is covered in 100% wool tartan.
The wood itself: the oak is weathered and fissured (cracking) but quite sound with it. The paint is a hardwearing dark blue eggshell which allows the grain to show through.
Overall condition: No loose joints though I can see light through two- one at the front leg and the other at the opposing back. But solid despite it!
