1.  I obtain proof of postage for every posted item, and thus will not be held responsible for any lost items.
2. I DO NOT usually accept returns! If there is a problem with your purchase please contact me and I will always try to resolve it.
3. If a refund is necessary; I DO NOT refund p&p costs, or the return costs, ONLY the actual price the item sold for.
4. My P&P charges are inclusive of packing materials as well as postage.
5. Non-payers are reported to ebay.

I only post once payment has cleared. I do not inflate or exaggerate postal charges but please remember that postage costs quoted do include all the packaging/transportation etc and not just the price of the stamp. If you do not agree with my postal method then please do not bid as I will not send any item by just normal post - Sorry.
