Recently got some bits and this was in the box ..not sure of exact age but the owner said it may have never been used so Poss new old stock but listed as used as not in orig packaging ..it’s been sitting in a box for over 20 years so benefit from a polish up and may have couple scratches as been in a box for over 20 years .stamped at back dc comics 1995 ….it looks like it fits over handlebars .it opens fine ..could poss be used for glasses ..or few tools or puncture repair kit Etc….nice to add to your collection
