Antique Victorian Era Working Door Hardware. Egg and Dart design with hard-to-find Chrome finish, but finish shows lots of age.  Door Plates are 6 9/16" x 2 5/16". Lock face is 5 5/8" x 7/8". Black box is 3 13/16" tall x 3 1/8". Backset is 2 3/8". From center of spindle hole to center of round part of keyhole it is 2 1/4". Locks Work Right or Left. All you have to do normally is open the lock and turn over the striker.
