This is an antique original Edwardian  handwritten parchment document , concerning land in Yorkshire...

This is an indenture, for a 'Deed Of Partition   concerning land in the City of Leeds.

The document is dated 15th November 1905.
 
The agreement has been drawn up between Thomas Farrell, Caroline & Henry Lineham  and William Clayton.
The agreement has been wax sealed and signed by the various participants. 
Handwritten amendments, dated 1964 and 1972, have been added.

Properties on Belle Vue Road, Hanover Street , Hanover Terrace and Bagley Street  are mentioned 

The substantial  21 page sheet document ( 26 cm x 40 cm) is in a used but good condition. A little creased, age worn and faded but firm ,complete and presentable with no real damage.

A nice authentic piece of Leeds  social history.
