could be Celtic but we are not certain.  It is marked on

the back - see photo.  Also has a paper sticker - see photo -

could either be H. or Ha Luterman.  There is some pencil

writing which we cannot decipher - see photo.  There are 

some pencil writings and has numbers 37-8-12 or so we

believe.  Age isunknown but definitely made by Royal Doulton. It measures

roughly 5 1/8" by 3".  Please ask questions before bidding.  If you  live
