 the London Silver Vaults 

Beautiful antique swing handled basket on raise

 base with reeded border 

The handle is decorated with flowers and leaves

The center of the basket has an engraved crest

 with a raised hand holding a branch and three

 plumb headed birds with the words 

" VERITAS MAGNA EST"

  The Latin phrase meaning

 Truth is Mighty and Will Prevail 

or Great is Truth and It Prevails

Excellent antique condition with no dents,

 light surface scratches
