This is a new head gasket that is Victor brand and part number 943. This fits the following: Nash 1935-1936 models 3540 and 3640 and also fits Lafayette 1937-1940 models 3710-3810-3910-4010.  Parts are new never used and in excellent condition.    Buyer to pay shipping.
