A retired Philadelphia Highway Patrol Leather 3/4 Coat. It has a removable liner, buttons with city seal "Philadelphia Police". Based on the buttons, seams, research and other accessories we estimate to be made in the late 60s. Made out the most high quality horsehide leather we have ever felt, Solid metal buttons and tailored for a perfect fit!
