The watch is a family heirloom that has been well looked after, and lived it's life in the dry climate of Los Angeles, so there is no rust or oxidation to the movement as can happen on these vintage watches (see photos of the movement). The only very slight nit pick is some very light speckling to the gold plated hands and Arabic numerals on the dial (see photos). The top right corner of what looks like the original acrylic crystal also has a small 5mm crack to the top right corner/edge at 1.30pm (see detail photo) - though the crystal remains solid and stable.
