This IS a working whistle - wonderfully fun pig is dressed in her finest -  Off-white with gloss finest with Hat, pearls, earrings - darker paint/glaze fills in eyes and highlights  - Gold trim on hat and ruby red lips 

in VERY good condition - UNDERSIDE has small chip - see PICTURES - you cannot see from top side
