Firewire (or thunderbolt) connection only, please do not use firewire
to USB converters, these can fry the scanner's main board.

You can safely use the original Apple Firewire to Thunderbolt 2
and Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 adapters in a chain.

Fully working condition, normal signs of use.
Few scratches and tiny dents on the housing.

The previous owner removed a sticker from the front plate,
some paint loss and marks visible.

Unlike other units online this one had been fully serviced:

- Complete strip down, film transport frame taken apart and cleaned.
- Metal guide rails removed, brass bearings uncluttered and new grease applied.
- First surface mirror removed, cleaned, re-seated.
- Focus assembly worm gear checked, lube applied. Extra fixing added into nylon gear.
- Film carriage worm gear cleaned, new lube applied.
- Plastic main motor shaft connector replaced with a strong metal connector.

and you have the accessories already.
The device comes with a UK, EU or US power lead, no other accessory.

Please note the scanner doesn't come with software.
Nikon Scan 4 can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.
You will need a modified driver if you want to use that with Windows 7 or 10.

I would recommend to get a copy of VueScan Professional instead
if you want to use the scanner with modern machines.
