This exquisite vintage mask is a one-of-a-kind piece of folk art, hand-carved and hand-painted. The wooden mask measures 12 inches in height and 7 inches in width, depicting a face engulfed by lizards, typical of the Carnival and Day of the Dead celebrations in Mexico.

The mask is believed to have been produced in the Oaxaca region of Mexico during the 1960s-1980s. This piece is in excellent original condition and is perfect for collectors of original and authentic Mexican folk art.
