For sale is a 1965 Mercedes 220SE coupe. This vehicle came out of the Bay Area. It was owned by a local mechanic there for many years. He never had a chance to work on it as he wished. The body is finished in a quite desirable baby blue exterior with a blue interior. The interior of this vehicle is original and showing its age but overall in good condition. Exterior is in excellent condition. Paint is deep and glossy. The body is straight, free of accidents and rust. It is powered by its original I6 paired with an automatic transmission. Mechanically the car runs and drives well but needs TLC. The brakes are poor, but still functional. Motor sounds good, and has plenty of power. Transmission shifts through all gears. No known leaking. Someone could make this a nice driver with a little work. Tires are like new. Very desirable European headlights. Watch the video and come by to see it in person if you like.
