.PLEASE DO NOT OPEN A CASE or ask to return it through EBAY,PLEASE EMAIL ME FIRST,AND TALK TO ME FIRST..I WOULD LIKE TO TRY TO FIX IT FIRST.Feedback is a huge issue for sellers.Anytime a buyer opens up a case or clicks to return an item through ebay it counts as a defect against us, and mostly can be settled without doing that. The new rules of eBay make the detailed feedback (the stars) as important as whether the feedback is positive or not. By giving a seller 1, 2 or 3 stars in any area you may cause him/her additional expenses on eBay fees of hundreds of dollars a month for a long period of time. I always will leave my buyer full 5 star feedback and would appreciated the same.
