ITEM: Original Post-WWI Photo of US NAVY DESTROYERS SHIPWRECKS at HONDA POINT, California, 8 September 1923. Several US Navy destroyers ran aground or shipwrecked at Honda Point. These were the worst non-combat losses in US Navy history.

Photo is from a US Navy sailor who was on the crew of the USS Texas Battleship in the early 1930's.
