Beautiful cobalt blue KPM Berlin Porcelain cup and saucer dating to the late 18th century to circa 1800.   Magnificently decorated piece with fine gold gilding trimming wonderful classical theme paintings that fill the front of the cup and center of saucer.  All on a deep cobalt blue background color.  Rarely do you find any of these early KPM cups and saucers around with kind of decoration. I recall seeing a similar ones by Meissen sell at auction with some bringing well over 2000 dollars.  Marked on bottom of both pieces with blue scepter mark.  Measurements:  saucer 5 inches diameter and cup 2.25 inches  high & 3.25 inches from handle to opposite rim.  Condition very good with some gold wear mostly on handle and one side of cup top rim.  No chips cracks or repairs.   I am currently listing a small collection of cups and saucers over the next couple of days.
