Here is a 3 STANLEY HINGES FBB179 - 4.5" x 4.5" US10 HEAVY DUTY Satin Brass for Steel Door.

Never installed.  Made in USA.  Looks like 4 of the longer wood screws might be missing, but there are extras of the machine screws.  One pack is sealed.  One pack, the screw section of the packaging opened.  One is out of package.  Ready to install with no issues.
