This combination is quite rare, particularly the Fairchild 500 tonearm. 

The turntable works great. It runs smoothly and quietly. Speed appears to be good. It is 120V for US/Canada market. I am not sure if the belt is in need of replacement but would be a good idea. 

Pretty good physical condition for the age. It does have wear and scratches due to use. The cork mat works good but not sure if it's original. Please examine the pictures closely for they are part of description.
