🩷Super Estrella Barbie is just as fabulous casually lounging at home as she is on the red carpet! She finally has a day off and she's going to relax in style! Barbie wears the dress/nightgown from her Mattel Best Buy #9157.  It's not only effortlessly glamorous, it's breezy and comfortable!  She completes her look with a pair of white pumps. 

🌟Dress/nightgown from Best Buy Outfit #9157 is in good used condition.  There are no unpleasant odors, button closure intact.

📖In the mid 1970s, Mexican toy manufacturer, CIPSA, acquired the license to produce Barbie dolls.  Many of the dolls had familiar American counterparts, for example, CIPSA manufactured their own variations of Superstar, Quick Curl, and Free Moving Barbies.  The CIPSA Barbie also had different friends and different clothing lines!  I absolutely love exploring all the various Barbie collections in foreign countries.  It's so interesting to see how Barbie is envisioned in other cultures. 

😍This is the CIPSA Super Estrella  (Mexican Superstar) head on a Mattel TNT body from the same era.   I've had quite a few Mattel produced American Superstar Barbie's, and while I love those, there's certainly a lot to behold with the Super Estrella Barbie!  Her face is so warm and friendly and her hair is a ashier blonde than the American version.  And just like Mattel's Superstar Barbie, she has clean makeup and a bright, beautiful face!

✨BARBIE DOLL is in fair used condition:

*  Face paint is bright!

* Head/waist/limbs are secure and swivel nicely!

* No unpleasant odors

* No green ear, nose nips, or neck splits

* Legs click and hold position well!

❌ While her hair is shiny and beautiful, I suspect  her hair has been trimmed, albeit very neatly!  The ends of her hair are dry and frizzy.

❌ Her right calf bends outward a bit.  Additionally her feet/ankles have some chew marks and a very small nick that I've pictured.

❌ Light gray marks on the backs of her legs.
