1950 First Edition. 

in average condition. Has wear to cover.  Appears to be front cover from Dust Jacket glued to front cover of book.   Ex WA Govt Railway Institute Library so has stamps on first few pages, a paper of "regulations" stuck to inside front cover and what looks to be part of the original dust jacket glued onto first page. Otherwise rest of pages in book appear to be in good condition.
