It will fit the above listed year and model...please check to make sure your car has this type of mirror if you are replacing it...this was removed from a new RAM but there is a crack line inside the LCD but does not effect the video display.  Please see the last three photos.  Price low due to this minor issue. The auto dimming will darken the mirror automatically when the cars behind you or on the side is too bright or with high bean as well as cars from opposite direction with to bright headlight or high bean.  It will then clears back to normal when the brightness reduce from cars  in front or behind automatically.  

Dealership will cost over a hundred dollars just for the mirror + time of installation.  It is easy to remove and mount the new one on yourself without the technician.  Buy now to save you a few hundred dollars without wasting time to drive down to the dealer.  All sale are final...no refund..  Good Luck and thanks for looking.....
