| Most items are working fine and just missing instructions, have battered packaging or are missing the original box. Some may be damaged or not working. If an item is missing parts so that we cannot test if it works then these are sold as for ‘parts or not working’. If an item is missing a non-critical part and is working then it is sold as ‘used’ |
| Testing is limited to seeing if an item powers on and works as intended, eg a vacuum cleaner makes the noise you expect it to make. Please be advised that we do not accept returns. If you have any issues please get in touch - couriers can often be a nightmare and recently moved to DPD due to issues with another courier which damaged multiple items in transit |
