In excellent pre owned condition however there is some what seems to be some white paint on the back side of the house as shown. They are not chips.

It is missing the flag which can be bought for a few bucks off the dept 56 site.  

Aside from that in great pre owned condition!

• Box condition varys so please look at the photos.

• Box may have staining. 

• Styrofoam may not be perfect
