Offered is a SUNBEAM T-35 Radiant Control TOASTER Mid Century 1950 Art Deco WORKS +READ+

An outstanding original vintage sunbeam T-35 toaster! As seen in the photos I have tested this toaster and it is partially working. The bread will lower automatically and the toaster goes on but it will not auto raise the bread unless you turn the side adjustment to the left or you unplug the toaster . Therefore it needs some type of adjustment to work perfectly or you use as-is and manually eject the toast. The side adjustment control knob on the right side is missing but that shaft does turn easily using a screwdriver. Replacement knobs are available on eBay. Turning this adjustment shaft counter clockwise is supposed to be “lighter” toast and turn clockwise for darker toast. However if you turn so far counter clockwise the bread won’t lower automatically, so I adjusted it more clockwise and the bread drops automatically. However it would not auto rise. Cosmetically this toaster is in excellent condition. The chrome is beautiful. This toaster has definitely been used but with some adjustments seems like it still has toasting life remaining.
