This MG GT was born on the October 1st 1974, it is still finished in the same British racing green as the day it came out the factory.
It drives with 1798cc twin carb engine with an overdrive in third and fourth gear. The car has been subject to a total bare body shell strip down and rebuild. It has had all new rear axles, front and back springs, front cross member and all suspension, king pins, the engine has been stripped down and rebuilt and rebuilt with new parts and a replacement clutch. The car has only travelled approximately 11,000 miles since it's engine rebuild. The existing brake pipes have all been replaced with copper ones, in addition brake cylinders, callipers, flexible hoses, clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder have all been replaced plus a new battery fitted. The exhaust system is stainless steel throughout with a sports manifold. The carburettors have been stripped and rebuilt. Stripped and rebuilt flexible fuel pipe replaced with E10 compatible one. Cosmetically the bodywork is in very good condition with no rust or paint bubble.
The underside is in as good condition as the top amd in our opinion the work has been carried out a very high standard. The car is a pleasure to driven well worth viewing in person.
