We aim to ship all orders out on the same working day if orders are placed before 3pm. Orders with free carriage will be dispatched by either Royal Mail, DPD or DHL and will be with you within 1-3 working days. Tracking numbers will be provided so that the delivery can be managed by the buyer.

If you haven't received your products by the next working day, then please contact us for an updated delivery schedule.

We provide a hassle free returns policy:

1. Always contact us first to let us know that you want to return an item. We cannot process a return if you do not email us.

2. Returns will only be accepted if they are either genuinely faulty or in resalable condition (have not been fitted and in original unmarked/undamaged packaging).

3. Returns received by us 30 days or more after the date of despatch will not be accepted unless specifically agreed beforehand.

4. We will process your return within 2 working days and will act quickly to action whatever we have agreed over email (refund, replacement or exchange).

5. If return is due to part being faulty, then we will need to be provided details such as reg number, date fitted, date removed, mileage fitted, mileage removed and full overview of suspected fault.
