Recently powdercoated black by us at C4 in good condition "SUGINO CRO-MO" stampings on arms is very light, but still visible, no major scratches, or rust, Arms are straight with each other. Threads are clean with no wear, no tool or hammer marks, standard 1/2" pedal boss.
