Wonderful very rare vintage music box figurine by Josef Originals 

"MUSIC BOX DANCER" - a seated young lady watching a smaller figurine on the table infront of her 

Ultra rare because it features a double music box mechanism - when wound, the young lady turns counter clockwise and the smaller figurine turns clockwise 

I have never seen this model previously- nor is it illustrated in any of my Josef reference books 

Complete with original hang tag 

The classic and instantly recognizable tune is from the late 1970s and works perfectly when wound

I have uploaded a video to demonstrate the dual mechanism

Great handpainting 

Excellent overall condition with no cracks, hairlines or restoration - it has survived completely intact 

With original Josef Original label on the back 

The musical movement is made by Sankyo, Japan 

No paint loss or wear to gold accents
