- I always post using a Royal Mail tracked service. Please don't ask me to use a 'cheaper service'. If there is a problem, I can sort it out much easier with a tracking number. I do not use couriers for UK addresses.
- I take the photos in natural daylight. The variations of screen settings may result in the colour of your item differing slightly from what was expected.
- This is a smoke-free and pet-free home.
- If your item arrives undamaged and in the promised condition, it is because I used loads of packaging, tape, bubble wrap and paper. Most of the packaging I use is recycled, which is much better for the environment, and I don't have to charge you for it, either (always a bonus!)
