All items being sold are in fully working condition and have been tested.

If an item is faulty, it will be mentioned in the description. Returns are not accepted for items sold as faulty.

Game discs will be accurately described noting any marks, but if a more detailed description is required, please contact me.

There will be no cash substitute for missing manuals, if they are included, they will be mentioned in the description.

Consoles have been tested and all serial numbers are noted in the form of pictures

PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 3 working days unless otherwise agreed upon, if payment is not made, Ebay will be contacted and your account may get a strike.

Only PayPal is accepted

If an item has been bought in error, please contact me so the transaction may be mutually cancelled.

I will accept payment on collection, please contact me to make arrangements.

POSTAGE

Any item bought will be dispatched within 2 working days Monday to Friday*

Any additional cover that is required for loss or damage will cost an additional £1.30, any product/s bought totalling £50 will automatically qualify for tracked delivery.

If international postage is required, please contact me to arrange postage cost before buying the item.

If postage location and cost is not agreed upon, a refund will be given and the item will not be posted. I only post within the EU

RETURNS/CLAIMS

In the unfortunate and rare case of a fault, i will accept returns providing it can be confirmed that the returned item is what was originally sent. To ensure this, i will take note of serial numbers and have accurate descriptions of all my products. A full refund minus postage costs will be administered once a fault has been confirmed.

In the very rare case that you're item is undelivered once it has been dispatched, i will forward all necessary proof of postage to the buyer and will allow my full co-operation in making a claim with the Royal Mail.
