An antique leather-clad ecclesiastical book published in 1644 in Latin

In detail we have the following:

- marbled paper inside the front and rear covers

- handwritten note on the first page as follows:
"Pray for the soul of William Wall who dyed the 28 of March 1666"

- the frontispiece suggests that this work is dedicated to Pope Clement V111 whose Papacy lasted from 1592 to 1605, but this work was published later in 1644

- handwritten note in Latin stuck to one of the last pages as shown in one of the photographs

- given the size of this volume it suggests that this item was designed to be carried around

Condition:
- the spine is attached to both the front and rear covers
- wear to the spine and both covers as to be expected of a portable volume over 300 years old

Please study the photographs carefully as they form an integral part of the description
