This is a Kosta Boda Yellow Tulip Vase Hand Painted and signed by Ulrica Hydman Vallien and is 10 1/4" tall.  Item is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks.   

This previously owned Kosta Boda vase is in great condition with no damage or unusual aging wear (see all photos).  We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.  We don't accept returns for we do not want it back.  However you can check our ratings and bid with confidence.  We don't sell junk.
