Los Angeles Herald Best News Photos 1947-48 RARE Press Archives Lot Of 2 Vintage

This is a lot of rare large format press photo archives from the Los Angeles Herald from 1947 and 1948. These archives are comprised of the best news photos of each respective year ( 58 in all!) . Iconic moments captured on celluloid are present within such as Bugsy Siegel’s toe tag, a tearful apology of one of the Black Dhalia Murder suspects to his wife, and the dedication of a 200 foot telescope at Palomar to name a few.
