They were obtained in a buyout from a GM assembly plant when they changed over model years. Since they were for installation in an assembly plant, they are bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions. As such these may have minor scratches or marks on them. These in no way effect the functionality of the item. These are what was used in the original vehicles and have been stored in a warehouse since then; you can't get much more OEM than that.
