this item is in good working order , looks to be mechanical .. says at the top  " yanka " then it says  " 17 kamhen "  then on the bottom it says " caeaaaho b poccm " all in Russian so that is close as I can get it   .. size can be seen in the photos (coin and tape measure not included) beautiful little watch.
