This means sometimes items may need to be washed/cleaned, may have slight imperfections that are unnoticed when listed, may be slightly worn down, etc. Do not purchase if you do not agree and accept, as we do not offer any refunds unless otherwise stated. If you receive an item that has broken in transit, please note that you will need to file a claim with the shipping company. Please keep the item AND the packaging. You will need to send pictures of these for a claim.
